The Project Manager – Scenic is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of scenic fabrication and live event projects, including corporate events, trade shows, exhibits, permanent installations, concert touring, residencies, and sporting events.
Working closely with Account Executives, Sales, Technical Design, Engineering, Project Coordinators, and Operations, the Project Manager supports projects from initial scope development through final execution and closeout. This role is responsible for translating project Scope of Work into detailed execution plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
The Project Manager serves as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and is expected to maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders while providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
This position plays a key role in coordinating logistics, labor, budgeting, scheduling, change management, and operational execution while maintaining accuracy within internal project management and asset tracking systems.
Project size, complexity, and level of responsibility may vary depending on experience level and business unit requirements.

CA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and NV: The pay range for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $95,000. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions
