Responsibilities

  • Safely lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 25-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Maintain knowledge of projector screen equipment, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Configure, prepare, inspect, test, clean, and repair equipment as assigned, ensuring functionality and readiness for orders.
  • Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter data into TEAM (or other asset management systems), ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Ensure all equipment prepared meets or exceeds company quality standards.
  • Restock equipment in designated areas according to established depot standards.
  • Participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles.
  • Inspect and test all screens before and after use to confirm proper functionality.
  • Clean and maintain screens to keep them in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations across the facility.
  • May coordinate workload within the department or act as a department lead when assigned.
  • Work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required based on operational demands.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in one of the following disciplines: lighting, video, rigging, and/or logistics. 
  • High School Diploma or its' equivalent     
  • Previous experience with projector screen equipment or AV equipment preferred, but not required.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
  • Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position; must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $21.00-$25.00 hourly. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
