Responsibilities

Supervisory responsibilities 

The position is the direct supervisor of the Subrental Administrator (Shop).  The position also acts in a Supervisory capacity as it relates to order fulfillment by departments including Inbound and Outbound. 

 

Summary/objective  

The position will be responsible for the coordination and movement of all required assets & materials within the operation to the respective departments, storage and staging areas. Will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and always organized. This position will coordinate material handlers and supporting staff to expedite materials when required in support of warehouse operations/QC departments meeting all order deadlines 

 

Essential functions 

  • Collaborates with operations leadership to define required priorities of movement of assets & materials to the required area’s in the designated time frames  
  • Ensures storage and staging of assets & materials meets expectations to organized and efficient standards 
  • Ensures safety protocols and standards are being met at all times 
  • Leads and manages warehouse improvement projects as assigned  
  • Provides additional support and backup to respective operations leadership positions as required 
  • Other Duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is preferred   
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED 
  • A fundamental understanding or familiarity with live event equipment and gear 
  • Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and execute all job-related tasks with thorough attention to detail. 

 

Competencies 

  • Ability to interact with customers on a professional level 
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication. Fluency in English required. 
  • Must have demonstrated time management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-task environment with minimal supervision. 
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.   
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a stressful environment with ability to adapt positively to changes in the work setting with ease 

 

Physical demands 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.  
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. 

 

Other duties 

  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays, when needed 

 

Required education and experience 

  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is preferred   
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
