Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for accurately maintaining Ecodes, barcodes, and the inventory systems.  The position will coordinate with the Asset team and Operations on priorities of tasks, with an emphasis on keeping outgoing orders organized while assisting in maintaining organization of materials and Inventory.

 

Essential functions

  • Maintain accuracy of Ecodes, barcodes, and inventory systems 
  • Assist Operations and Shop staff with processing cycle counts 
  • Assist with receiving and processing of CAPEX purchases 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of technical principles regarding operation and maintenance of Inventory. 
  • Ability to learn PRG proprietary software; experience using Inventory Management Software (IMS) helpful.
  • A fundamental understanding or familiarity with live event equipment and gear is a plus
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint); Good knowledge of common computer productivity tools; Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written; exceptional customer and communication skills and relationships; strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service; Fluency in English required.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, sense of priority, tact, professionalism and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a stressful environment with ability to adapt positively to changes in the work setting with ease 
  • Good knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace Safety and of modern office procedures and practices.  
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays, when needed
  • Understanding of and compliance with company policies.

Physical demands

  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50Ibs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 Ibs
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities for this job may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus, with or without the use of glasses or contact lenses.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to follow spots and moving lights, loud noises, fumes, or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
  • May be required to operate motor vehicles and load/unload trucks

 Required education and experience 

  • 3 years in entertainment business is preferred
  • 2 years with PRG in an operational role
  • Strong Computer skills (Inventory Systems, MS Office, etc…) 
  • High School Diploma or GED
