Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting Account Executives in the planning and execution of projects with a primary focus on Film, Television, and Broadcast markets. This employee will serve as an intermediary between sales, the customer, and operations by supporting sales efforts through the selection and delivery of equipment and services. The job includes such tasks as assessment of equipment availability, cost evaluation, continual communication between Sales & Operations. Additional duties include but not limited to:


Essential functions 

  • Support Account Executives in managing and supporting 3-5 million in sales revenue
  • Evaluate and communicate related job costs and technical specifications
  • Enter orders into proprietary inventory management system
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails from prospective and existing customers
  • Coordinate with Camera Engineering, Prep, and QC teams to ascertain customer’s needs
  • Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure quality goals are met 
  • Seek opportunities for improving your knowledge base to better serve our customers
  • Be available for sales on-call rotation as needed
  • Help track and manage jobs costs

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge of camera systems, associated products, technologies, and their relevant application
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-past environment
  • Display, integrity, reliability, and the ability to work well with others

Physical demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • The position requires the ability to see clearly (with or without the aid of glasses or contact lenses) during responsibilities on and off a computer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms.

Required education and experience 

  • 2 years’ experience in related field
  • BA in related field preferred
