    Responsibilities

    A Scenic Project Coordinator has responsibility for the oversight and direction of Scenic Technologies project's scope, budget and schedule through the shop from project award through delivery of show elements. The work also may involve responsibility for the bid phase of potential projects. This title differs from Project Manager in that Project Manager has overall responsibility for large projects where as Project Coordinator has more limited responsibilities. It is the policy of PRG to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. Employees are expected to perform all of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this policy at all times. Does related work as required

     

    • Participates or assist in client presentations;
    • Assist in preparation of scope of work with client; to include budget, project schedule, work flow, internal resource requirements. Concept designs and
    • Consult with and troubleshoot client's unresolved aesthetic design and technology issues
    • Provide a reasonable balance between the client's creative needs and the company's
    • Assist in generation of quotes and interface with financial operations to facilitate client
    • Execute on-site production as supervisor on selected projects and may supervise onsite
    • Interface with operations department to ensure all design and quality goals are
    • Investigate all safety and reliability
    • Communicate as assigned relative to project status and performance.
    • Inventories, monitors and assures Quality control of rental and sales
    • Manage inventory in TEAM of rental equipment in the Automation and decking
    • Assist in bidding and pricing sales and rental
    • Arrange and order shipping and transportation of rental and sales items.
    • Coordinate flow of inbound and outbound rental
    • Generate TEAM orders for rental items to be pulled, prepped, labeled, and
    • Ensure that all returned rental items are checked in properly and examined for Report damaged or missing items to PM's. Ensure all damaged items are placed into repair. Ensure that all damage is billed for.
    • Maintain files of drawings and spec's on rental
    • Understand all TEAM functions , including
    • Provide AutoCAD drawings for PM's to create shop drawings for Shop
    • Assist in creating material takeoffs
    • Create purchase requisitions for PM's to order all project materials from all

    Qualifications

    • May use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software and proprietary PRG software in performing work assignments.
    • May perform incidental tasks as
    • Go to jobsites to take measurements when
    • Travel to venues when requested by PM's to facilitate a smooth install.
