    The Regional Vice President-Operations (“RVP”) is responsible for managing branch operations and auditing branch gear charge & additional service performance to their region. He/She will manage staff, Cost, performance and overall customer satisfaction.


    This includes responsibility for the attainment of short and long-term financial and operational goals, establishing measures of success, and implementing operational standards to manage consistency.


    Tactical Responsibilities:

    • Plan, develop and approve specific operational policies, programs and procedures
    • Lead change efforts to strengthen overall operations of AOL
    • Support General Managers on in-branch marketing programs designed to promote AOL’s services and facilities to existing and potential clients.
    • Negotiate and recommend approval for contracts.
    • Perform competitive analysis on related businesses to identify additional opportunities for
    • Work closely with outside firms and individuals providing services to the company.
    • Ensure that all tasks assigned are completed on schedule and on budget
    • Report on benchmarks developed by Senior leadership and Finance to measure the financial and operating performance of the region.


    Financial Management:

    • Provide leadership on revenue growth, cost management and other financial areas.
    • Conduct periodic financial reviews at each location and work with General Managers to ensure proper business planning procedures are followed.
    • Develop region-wide programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness through shared labor, equipment and industry knowledge.
    • Lead the budgeting process for both annual and special project budgets.
    • Establish and monitor compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
    • Review and recommend changes to financial control processes to safeguard all Company assets.


    Organizational Leadership:

    • With Senior Leadership, hire, promote, train, develop and motivate strong staff members. Communicate and implement organizational objectives, success criteria, and strategic initiatives.
    • Make on-site visits to each location on a periodic basis to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and appropriate business practices.
    • Communicate promptly and coordinate activities throughout the region.
    • Demonstrate examples of outstanding customer service and response.
    • Lead meetings with functional managers; conduct regular staff meetings.


    People Development:

    • Manage human resource related issues within region, including recruitment, performance management, salary administration, progressive discipline, training and development.
    • Coach General Managers on how to create and maintain a positive environment, including strategies to address employee concerns, facilitate team development, and implement training and development initiatives.


    Account Management:

    • Recommend pricing structure relevant to market and geography.
    • Provide prompt resolution of any client issues.


    Asset Management:

    • Create and implement strategies to maximize asset utilization in the region.
    • Prepare capital expenditure (capex) requests utilizing the appropriate model.


    • BA degree, marketing/business preferred
    • 7-10 years of operations experience, sales management experience
    • Equivalent experience: Current RVPs, GM or Regional Directors
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to troubleshoot and execute other job functions with high attention to detail
    • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
    • Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment, under pressure, and time constraints
