    The Asset Coordinator is responsible for supporting Asset and Operations by maintaining inventory accuracy in TEAM. Additionally, this position will be responsible for using the Redwood TMS system to arrange inbound sub-rental and transfer freight.


    • Maintain accuracy of Ecodes, barcodes, and inventory systems.
    • Communicate with the Sub-Rental Coordinators and Asset Traders to set up inbound freight for sub-rentals and transfers.
    • Create/manage transfers and intercompany sub-rentals.
    • Track all applicable inbound freight.
    • Assist Operations and shop staff with processing cycle counts.
    • Assist with receiving and processing of Capex purchases.
    • Assist Asset Management with the identification of gear shortages and potential solutions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • This position may require overtime.
    • May use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word
    • processing, calendar, e-mail and database software and proprietary PRG software in performing work assignments;
    • May perform other incidental tasks, as needed.



    • 3 years minimum in entertainment business.
    • 2 years with PRG in an operational role.
    • Strong computer skills (Inventory Systems, MS Office, etc.)
    • Detail-oriented
    • High school Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Must be organized, efficient and possess the ability to prioritize projects and assignments.
    • Experience in lighting rental shop and entertainment industry.
    • Working knowledge of technical principles regarding operation and maintenance of inventory.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
    • Must possess strong organizational skills, sense of priority, tact, professionalism and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
