  • Overview

    The Financial Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing information for PRG globally.   In this role you will work closely with company leadership to identify and implement business opportunities to drive top- and bottom-line growth. This role will partner with senior leadership to develop revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations.  Responsible for creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly and annual reports ensuring that the organization’s financial information is recorded correctly and present findings to senior leadership.  


    • Manage the review and analysis of monthly financial reporting functions and create an annual budget and budget review process. 
    • Responsible for monthly asset reporting functions by tracking each location’s Capex spend. 
    • Responsible for the oversight of bi-monthly forecast document including consolidating various groups and company consolidations. 
    • Manage business review calls, including following up with locations to ensure that they are providing the required documentation/information. 
    • Manage the consolidation and roll-up of controller requests from the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer 
    • Take the lead in scheduling quarterly bond holder calls. 
    • Create and analyze core business reports directly related to PRG’s Subrentals / Purchases / UES / Rental Revenue and reporting out findings to senior management. 
    • Ad hoc reporting as needed, such as, but not limited to clarifying reporting requests for the field, compiling data and creating reports in a timely and presentable manner for senior executives, and assisting other location’s GMs/Controllers with any financial inquiries or ad hoc reporting. 
    • Manage and have oversight for financial analyst’s day-to-day responsibilities. 
    • Other special projects as assigned.


    • BA degree in finance or accounting 
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in the finance field or in a related area
