The Training & Development Coordinator works to support and advance in-person and online training and development initiatives throughout PRG. This role will oversee the online training platform, PRG University, support content development, coordinate curriculum advancement, and collaborate with multiple parties throughout the organization to assign targeted courses and content. Additionally, the Training & Development Coordinator will collaboratively assist with the strategic advancement of broader training and organizational development efforts, offering insight into in-person training opportunities, meeting agendas and classes.
