    The Training & Development Coordinator works to support and advance in-person and online training and development initiatives throughout PRG.  This role will oversee the online training platform, PRG University, support content development, coordinate curriculum advancement, and collaborate with multiple parties throughout the organization to assign targeted courses and content.  Additionally, the Training & Development Coordinator will collaboratively assist with the strategic advancement of broader training and organizational development efforts, offering insight into in-person training opportunities, meeting agendas and classes.

    • Support PRG’s online training platform, PRG University.
    • Maintain vendor relationships, and advance digital content development.
    • Support the continual refinement of the broader online training strategy.
    • Identify and assist key stakeholders in developing targeted departmental trainings.
    • Coordinate the development & dissemination of proprietary training content created for PRG University.
    • Oversee the calendar of content creation and curriculum assignments.
    • Assist with training strategy, development & advancement.
    • Support in-person training and development programming when applicable.
    • Assist in aligning in-person and online initiatives so as to create cohesive and meaningful experiences.


    • 2 years of experience in HR support, training & development or equivalent educational experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Basic knowledge of online training & development platforms.
    • Bachelors Degree in a subject matter related to Communications, Organizational Development, Education, Training & Development, or other related fields preferred.
