We are seeking an Application Support Analyst in our New Windsor, NY office. The Application Support Analyst is primarily responsible for providing support to users for various hardware and application platforms. This role will troubleshoot issues with various Application platforms, assist with user questions, work with the various teams in the organization, help with data questions, reporting, and general escalations as needed and appropriate. The application support analyst will collaborate with the cross-functional teams on any issues and assist with enterprise application issues.
