    We are seeking a full-time, temp to permanent, Accounts Payable Coordinator in our Corporate office located in New Windsor, NY.


    Responsibilities and qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:


    • Process Corporate Account Payables invoices and T&E expenses
    • Process and reconcile Purchase card and BTA card transactions
    • Process weekly check batches
    • Manage vendor communications
    • Review monthly vendor statements
    • Company-wide vendor setups and updates of W-9 and W-8 information
    • Assist in solving AP issues and invoices on hold
    • Additional projects as assigned


    • Minimum of two years of post-secondary education or related training in accounting/business courses
    • AP experience a must
    • Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word with strong keyboard skills
    • Oracle knowledge a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and discretion essential
    • Organization skills
    • Task and detail-oriented
    • Must have experience working independently and with others
    • Possess strong problem-solving skills and respond well to changing priorities
