Responsibilities

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in our New Windsor, NY facility to provide administrative and accounting support to our office. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Process Account Payables invoices and all expenses
  • Manage all vendor communications
  • Cut weekly check batches
  • Review all monthly vendor statements
  • Assist in solving AP issues and invoices on hold
  • Vendor folder management (Matching and filing)
  • Work on additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of post-secondary education or related training in accounting/business courses
  • AP experience a must
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word with strong keyboard skills
  • Oracle knowledge a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and discretion essential
  • Organization skills
  • Task and detail-oriented
  • Must have experience working independently and with others
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and respond well to changing priorities
