The Manager, Warehouse Operations (North America) oversees PRG’s distribution centers activities within assigned scope of responsibility for all PRG North America with one or more of the following processes: packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storing, distribution and inventory support. Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands. Optimizes facilities utilization, process execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations. Provides oversight and direction regarding human resource, financial and operational activities which may encompass any of the following or related activities as well as Fulfills orders from stored inventory meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes. Ensures that orders are shipped within time commitments in the most cost effective manner. Completes all documentation and computes freight charges accurately. Communicates with customer regarding any fulfillment issues or problems.

  • Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
  • Oversees the inbound and outbound process for materials and products.
  • Standardize safety methods, practices and programs ensuring that they are implemented and maintained.
  • Oversees the management of inventory.
  • Plans, develops and/or implements quality assurance procedures. Evaluates quality deviations to determine cause, effect, and corrective measures. Surveys customers periodically regarding accuracy, quality, efficiency, adherence to specifications and overall customer experience.
  • Creates, reviews, updates, presents, manages and/or contributes to statistical, narrative, financial regularly scheduled and ad hoc written and oral reports and presentations.
  • Assesses productivity measures, identifies trends and monitors department activity.
  • Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.


  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in logistics, two of which must have been a supervisory level.
  • Rental operations experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing operations on a national basis with multiple providers.
