An employee in this title has responsibility for supporting the Operations Manager and asset team in maintaining accuracy of the Team system


The work involves reviewing conflict screen to identify negative variances to the asset traders. Assist departments to maintain Ecode and Barcode accuracy in Team

  • Main accuracy and cleanliness of ecodes, barcodes, and quantities of gear within the TEAM Software and work with TEAM Support & Ecode Maintenance where needed
  • Assist Operations and shop staff with Processing cycle counts
  • Assist with receiving and processing of Capex purchases
  • Assist Asset Management with identification and potential solutions for pending gear shortages.
  • Verify with Account Executives/ Production Coordinators the probability of upcoming jobs.
  • Verify with Account Executives/ Production Coordinators the accuracy of dates of upcoming jobs.
  • Collaborate with departmental staff; ensure project information is communicated cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned.
  • This position will require overtime.


May use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word

processing, calendar, e-mail and database software and proprietary PRG software in performing work assignments;


May perform other incidental tasks, as needed.


  • A minimum of 2 years of recent related lighting or asset management experience.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, statistical analysis, and accurately apply mathematical concepts.
  • Superb budgeting, inventory, and cost-management skills.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal tactfully with vendors and/or suppliers. Persuasive, encouraging and diplomatic.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must be organized, efficient and possess the ability to prioritize projects and assignments.
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency and passion with related work assignments.
  • Must be willing to travel locally to local suppliers.
  • Knows PRG lighting equipment standards.
  • Excellent attendance track record.
  • Clear verbal communication. Fluency in English required.
  • Experience in lighting rental shop and entertainment industry helpful.
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent.


Knowledge: Computer (Outlook, email, TEAM or any inventory system), basic electrical safety

Skills: Organized, problem solving, meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills required.

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
